Our sole objective at PushPlay is that our customers feel confident when they make a Push Play purchase. If, for some reason, something isn’t right – then you have our commitment we’ll make it right.

PushPlay Online provides a totally FREE exchange policy within Australia.

That means, unless otherwise specified, you can return any purchased items (including sale items) for an exchange. To take advantage of this policy you need to ensure:

- You email your intention to exchange a purchased item is indicated within 7 days of the delivery date. WE WILL ISSUE YOU AN EXCHANGE AUTHORISATION NUMBER VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24HOURS.
This will enable you to track your exchange at any time just by quoting this number to our office.

- Due to Health Regulations, the purchased item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and perfect condition, and must have all tags and branding still attached.

PushPlay will not accept the return of any item(s) which we consider 'used' in any way. Please note, in such cases, the 'used' item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged for any and all additional freight costs.

If you are exchanging a purchased item, PushPlay will send you the replacement item free for the first exchange. That means no additional freight charges on the first exchange only. Freight charges on subsequent exchanges in relation to a specific original purchase will be paid by you.

If you would like to return or exchange an item click here to send an email notifying us of your intention and a pre-addressed Australia Post satchel will be mailed to you.

Place the purchased item for exchange inside the satchel, along with your completed Exchange Form (download above) and deposit into any Australia Post box.

USA, UK, Europe & Asia-Pacific

We recommend that any purchased items for exchange, which are being returned from outside Australia, should be sent by registered air mail to ensure a speedy exchange. Please make sure the parcel is endorsed "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN OF GOODS".

Return freight charges will be incurred by you for any refunded items, as will items being returned for the purpose of exchange.
